Karen Bean is the founder of KBAS, dba Karen Bean Accounting Solutions. Karen has a strong history and has been in the accounting industry for over 20 years. It's not difficult to see why she is considered an expert in the areas of bookkeeping, accounting and QuickBooks. She has a passion for helping small businesses and working with numbers .... and anyone would agree that it shows! While working for many years as a corporate controller, she has seen the challenges small businesses face in their accounting departments and how difficult it can be for them to find competent bookkeeping help .. especially if there's not a full time position to offer. She founded KBAS to offer small businesses the same reliability and expertise that typically is only available to large businesses and corporations. Karen is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and holds certification in QuickBooks Pro Desktop, QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Point of Sale and QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions. She is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers, the National Association of Professional Women and the Wethersfield Chamber of Commerce.
